Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du projet fID (Foundational Identity) au Burkina Faso, les équipes du Groupement EMPTECH-COMAF ont bénéficié d’une session de formation pratique sur la plateforme JIRA, animée par EMPTECH, membre du Groupement.

Cette formation avait pour objectif de renforcer les compétences des équipes techniques et fonctionnelles dans l’utilisation de JIRA comme outil de gestion collaborative des projets. Les participants ont approfondi la planification, le suivi des activités, la gestion des tâches, ainsi que les bonnes pratiques favorisant une coordination efficace entre les différents acteurs du projet.

Au-delà de la prise en main de l’outil, cette session a permis d’harmoniser les méthodes de travail, d’améliorer la visibilité sur l’avancement des activités et de consolider la collaboration entre les équipes impliquées dans le déploiement du projet fID.
